		Later Cyle / Chemistry / Internationalization Latin America Supporting a German manufacturer of semi-finished cosmetic products in Brazil. We analyzed the market, technology and competitors, identified local licensees for distribution and production and moderated negotiations to successfully close deals. In a follow-up project we took over project management for the client in order to implement the cooperation on site in the Greater area of Sao Paolo.
		Later cycle / Pharmaceuticals / Internationalization Southern Europe Preparation of market entry for a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products for therapy of oncological / immunological / inflammatory diseases. In this project we implemented the cooperation with a local partner for the execution of clinical trials and regulatory tasks.

We took over various tasks in organizational development and expansion funding for technology projects and filled key management roles on an interim basis.
